PAYMENT

'Trial Run' Payment

We do an initial 'trial run' service the first time around following the free estimate and initial walk-thru inspection and do require that payment upfront prior to that service being rendered. If you like our service, you can then choose from one of our three service plans that we offer our customers.

Two Payments Upfront

After the 'Trial Run' service, a customer will need to choose one of our three service plans that we provide for our customer, along with any special additional options that the customer may want (bagging, occassional seeding, etc.), and pay for two services up front prior to services being rendered. The choice of the three service plans can be adjusted throughout the year as needed during the normal growing season (April 1st-October 31). A customer may choose to skip the 'Trial Run' service and may go straight into one of the three service plans, if they should so desire? Payments will be expected to continue to be paid upfront for services to be rendered on a contiual path. At any time either party may desire to stop this arrangement, hence no long term contract is in effect, but no refund will be given for any services already paid for and whatever remaining balance of service is yet to be rendered, that service will be performed.

Any Other Services

Any other additional services that DLC performs, hedges/bushes trimmed, seeding , fertilization, etc., these services will be expected to be paid for upfront prior to services being rendered.
