REQUIREMENTS

Location

DLC services the area north of Oyster Point Road/Victory Blvd. up to Denbigh Blvd. and we do cover some areas north of Denbigh Blvd. on the westside up to Curtis Tignor Road and on the eastside up to Richneck Road. We do also service the Ft. Eustis post-housing units.

Gate Access

We must have access to your backyard/gated area to service your yard and we need to have a wide enough passage for our 50" zero-turn mower to make it safely into any partitioned areas. Our 50" mower requires a 54" straight passage to get through a gate or other such obsticle. If there is only a small enclosed area that does not have a 54" straight passage, arrangements may be made for service with the use of a push mower. This will be evaluated on the initial walk-thru inspection prior to services rendered.

Apartments/Townhomes

We are sorry, but we do not service apartments or townhomes. Even though DLC does carry insurance, there is just too much navigation in too close of quarters to effectively service these areas in a reasonable amount of time.

Steady Service

DLC needs steady customers on whichever of our three service plans works for you and your lawn. An unsteady flow of pre-payments coming our way interupts our steady service to our customer's lawn and causes lawns to go unkept and in need of heavier maintenance when we do next service the lawn. It also reflects our good name. We do desire faithful customers.
